addedAdded new Roles and Achievements so that players can now gain the following Titles: 'Skull Cracker', 'Hopping Mad', 'The Thumper', 'Pure Gangster', and 'The Real Easter Bunny'.

fixedFixed an issue with arresting, where the Criminal would sometimes be despawned before the Enforcer had finished performing the arrest animation.
