UI Overhaul Part 1

We have made some major rewrites and modifications to the game. This update has been long time in the making. (4Months from the last update post on itchio)

Game Loop has not been touched but lots QoL improvements have been made.

Performance Improvements Offscreen animated objects are no longer animated.
