changedIn the drop-down box, change the "NONE - Opt out of all beta programs" to "beta - Open beta testing branch". (Don't worry about the access code; it's an open beta so you don't need one.)

Go to your Steam library and find "Another Star". It's probably in your favorites, right? Of course it is.
Right-click (or ctrl-click if you're on a Mac) on the game in your library and select "properties".
There should be a tab in the properties window called "Betas". Select that.
In the drop-down box, change the "NONE - Opt out of all beta programs" to "beta - Open beta testing branch". (Don't worry about the access code; it's an open beta so you don't need one.)
Click close. The beta version should be queued to load and download soon.
