Bilge Khan cannot accept the death of his brother Tonyukuk and goes to Tamag to bring him back, crosses the Karakam road and makes offerings to Erlik Khan to return his brother. However, Erlik Khan rejects the sacrifice and orders him to return.

Instead of returning, Bilge Han challenges Erlik Khan to be with his brother again, even though he knows he cannot win. The duel lasts for days, but in the end Erlik Khan emerges victorious. Erlik Khan imprisons him in Tamag because of this behavior. That day, Bilge Han learns that his brother is not in Tamag, but in Uçmag.
