On the Edge of Release: 0.9.9.0 Demo Update

Ammossum v.0.9.9.0

First of all, thanks to everyone who participated in our previous playtests, the Steam Next Fest demo, and shared their feedback.

We've reworked and added a lot of things — so let's check out what's new!

Changes:

New Railcars and Updated Economy Basics

The supply drop system has been replaced with a new railcar-based economy.

We've added 10 different economic railcars, each providing unique items or bonuses after every battle. You can purchase new eco railcars or earn them as quest rewards.

This means you can now scale your economy more effectively — and the start of the game is smoother than ever!

We've also added a new battle railcar — the Shooter.

This railcar, along with the existing battle railcars, now comes in 4 different types — one for each projectile shape. That's 12 battle railcars in total!

We've also made them more accessible than before, so you can now build your strategy around them and make them your main source of power on the train!

New weapons and items, plus reworks of older ones

We've reworked most of the items from the previous version!

Early items now provide more bonuses when they're melted down. Mid-game items appear earlier and have more upgrades available.

And the new battle railcars let you use more items at the same time — so now your builds can be crazier than ever! We've also added a ton of new liquids! Now you can boost your other items with them and create some truly powerful combinations

Other changes:

1. The difference between characters is now clearer in gameplay. Each of them has a unique personal aspect and their own starting shop. You can try 5 of them during the demo!

2. ENDLESS MODE!

3. Many UI and UX improvements

4. A brand-new tutorial has been added

5. Improved gamepad experience

6. The Hyena finally got its ability!

7. The Bear boss now has more complex behavior

8. And there are plenty more improvements waiting for you in the update!
