Download and run pbsetup.exe from http://evenbalance.net/pbsetup.php
Add the AAPG game by choosing it from the dropdown list. Press the Update Punk Buster button.
Go to C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\America's Army\AAPG\Binaries and manually run "pbsvc_pg.exe"
