Howdy recruits,
We’ve just released a new patch for the demo, bringing several improvements, adjustments, and performance optimizations.
Here’s what changed:
Additions
The host can now kick others from their current session via the settings menu. The settings menu now also displays a list of players currently in your session.
Adjustments
The crosshairs are now more reactive, they will now react to shots and player movement.
Customers are now shuffled instead of completely randomized, which prevents the same customer from appearing twice in a row.
Players should now be able to move past tables and walls more smoothly.
We’ve implemented several optimization changes, which should help the demo run noticeably smoother on most systems.
More Levels?
For those who may not know yet, our Kickstarter campaign for American Cooking Simulator: Multiplayer is currently running.
The community has already unlocked the first reward, and the next milestone will add a brand-new level to the demo for everyone to play.
If you’d like to help unlock that reward, feel free to check out the campaign page! Most of the social challenges can be completed without spending any money.
Thank you to everyone who has been playing the demo and sharing feedback. It’s been incredibly helpful for improving the game!
