Overview
Another minor patch but with some important bug fixes and quality of life improvements!
Feedback about the way the ship rotates has been gladly received. Users now have the option to enable "constant rotation" in Settings > Controls. When this option is enabled, holding the left / right input will make the ship rotate in that direction indefinitely. The rotation is always relative to the ships "local space" (i.e. "left" is always left regardless of the ship's current rotation). Disabling this option reverts to the default behaviour of the ship facing towards the most recent input direction relative to the world space.

Bug Fixes:
Fixed a bug with the Phase Shift meter on the player HUD not being in sync with increased Phase Shift Frequency stats after upgrading your ship
Fixed a bug with the Laser Weapon Pattern of the Zazoul Boss still triggering after it has turned to face the player(s)
Fixed a bug with P2 user being unable control the Control Rebinding UI when they are using Keyboard & Mouse controls
Feedback Changes:
Moved Gamepad Rumble option from Game to Controls Menu and allow each player to customise whether pad rumble is enabled for their controller
Added an alternative Ship Rotation option to the Controls settings menu
