Steam API integration (Windows)

As the title suggest, after months of trouble-shooting, we have implanted the steam API into the game! However, this only applies to windows users as Linux is proving to be a much more touchy subject.

As the title suggest, after months of trouble-shooting, we have implanted the steam API into the game! However, this only applies to windows users as Linux is proving to be a much more touchy subject.

This patch also features fixes for several game/Sequence breaking bugs such as infinite Loading and being able to open "Reversed" Doors at the wrong angle.
