addedAll Quiet Roads - v5.21 Patch NotesNeighborhood Parking Enforcement: Once tow trucks are unlocked, the neighborhood governance panel gains a new feature. The total count of waiting vehicles now displays a towing symbol. Clicking this will automatically tow vehicles waiting in that neighborhood, up to the number of tow trucks you have available. The vehicles that have been waiting the longest are towed first (Parking Enforcement has been chalking their tires!). As usual, towed vehicles do not contribute to your score, but this provides a fast way to clear out a neighborhood and reduce local congestion.
changedAll Quiet Roads - v5.21 Patch NotesTow Truck Audio/Visual Overhaul: The towing mechanics have received updated visuals and sound effects. It is now clear that your tow trucks are simply impounding vehicles, not blowing them up! You can hear them backing up to attach the tow hook.
changedAll Quiet Roads - v5.21 Patch NotesCleaner Upgrade Refunds: The interface for refunding intersection upgrades (overpasses, roundabouts, and cloverleafs) has been redesigned. The refund button is now much cleaner and positioned to prevent it from getting in the way of your active road building.
changedAll Quiet Roads - v5.21 Patch NotesStreaming Compatibility: Implemented additional under-the-hood changes to ensure wider compatibility with third-party streaming and capture software.
