changedAdded 16 Steam achievements, and a stronger AI on the higher difficulties. Achievements (16) Difficulty milestones — Beat the AI on Easy, Normal, and Hard. Stalemate — Force a draw against the Expert AI. (See the AI section below.) Volume — 10 wins, 50 wins. Style achievements — Win on a diagonal, win straight through the middle, win without ever letting your opponent get two in a row. Each Way — Win along all 8 possible lines (3 rows, 3 columns, 2 diagonals) across any number of games. No Advantage — Win going second. Local play — Play 10 local-multiplayer games. Simulation — Watch the AI play itself, once and ten times. Achievements track across sessions, so the longer counters tick along whether you're playing single-player, local multiplayer, or simulation mode. Smarter AI on Hard and Expert Hard and Expert now detect and block forks — situations where a single move would set up two winning threats at once. Previously, Expert was beatable with the classic corner / center / corner fork setup. That gap is closed. Practically: Expert — should now be effectively uncrackable with standard tactics. The best result a human can play for is a draw, which is exactly what the Stalemate achievement now rewards. Hard — meaningfully harder. Have fun.
