The following changes apply to the PC version of the game:
Gameplay Improvements
Faster Weapon Handling
Weapon swap is now quicker.
Aim-down-sights (ADS) transitions are noticeably faster.
Shotgun pump animation is faster and more responsive.
Pulse Rifle Tuning
Reduced recoil/spread while aiming.
Increased overall damage output.
Improved damage falloff for more consistent ranged performance.
Xeno Combat Updates
Xeno hit reactions play faster and feel more responsive.
Xeno claw attacks are quicker and more aggressive.
Xeno acid pools deal more meaningful damage.
Improved accuracy for Xeno claw and bite hit detection.
Enhanced death impacts and added new blood splash effects for better feedback.
Xenomorph AI & Encounter Balance
Reduced frequency and duration of Xeno taunts to keep combat flowing.
Removed taunting on non-lethal executions (prevents endless combat loops).
Tuned crouching claw strike damage to reduce unfair instant kills.
Reduced the spawn rate of certain locomotion-variety Xenos.
Improved Xeno spawn consistency in multiple holdout encounters.
Performance & Graphics
Fixed an issue preventing Nvidia Reflex from enabling properly.
Fixed problems with DLSS quality mode options.
Fixed resolution-scaling issues in FSR3/GSR plugins.
Improved roughness maps across the Medical environments for better visual quality.
Added a new “Unlimited” framerate option and improved framerate capping behavior.
Controls & Settings
Added an ADS Sensitivity option.
Added a HUD Visibility setting.
Added native Steam gyro controller support.
Cinematics & Mission Fixes
Fixed several issues causing Davis to appear incorrectly in M2 scenes.
Fixed rare cases where the player could die during the M3 shotgun cinematic.
Fixed Praetorian appearing invisible when loading certain boss-fight saves.
Fixed vents popping out of walls in drop-down rooms.
Fixed datapad appearing extended while unequipped.
General Fixes
Fixed Xeno shadows disappearing when killed under a flashlight.
Improved ladder-climb transitions to reduce the chances of getting stuck.
Corrected misaligned vent pieces in M2 Offices.
Fixed an issue where GCO wouldn’t restore correctly after interacting with clearance cards.
Increased reminder dialogue duration in M2 Offices.
