  • Extended single player mode with more game modes: CTF and Tactical, and weapon modes: Insta and Insta/Rockets

  • Added fairer antilag calculation based on one-way ping with server-side configuration options and diminishing effect on very high pings

  • Optimized mouse movement logic (Linux-only, under cvar m_direct, recommended to set m_direct to 1)

  • Added centered message about who killed you

  • Drop old particles if the particle buffer is full

  • Check ragdoll buffer before creating new ragdolls

  • Fixed bug with crashing clients when lots of rockets were fired

  • Fixed bug with duplicate ragdolls

  • Fixed bug with ragdolls hanging in mid air

  • Fixed bug with disappearing flag in CTF mode when people quit the match or disconnected

  • Added command teamselect to the list of available commands

Additional changes in 7.72.1 after some feedback and testing:

  • Fixed stuttering issue on 60 FPS

  • Fixed bot firing rate on high tickrates

This update can be installed for both Windows and Linux users.
