Aldriak, the advent of a new world changes
Today, for update 1.1.k, no major bugs this time, but lots of small improvements requested by players.
New things:
- An NPC has appeared on MioiM (chapter 3) to give players two pieces of information: The Unique is not yet available in chapter 3. The mirror may well be broken/unavailable in chapter 4.
- Footprints are now visible next to the entrance to the Thuncient Desert. They allow players who have already discovered the secret camp to return there in an instant without having to walk all the way back.
- A “new game +”. To be more precise, when you start a new game after having already seen an ending, the game asks you if you want to start in classic mode or fast mode. Fast mode simply allows you to earn twice as much experience/gold/items. This is useful for exploring the various endings or different class gameplay more quickly without reducing the difficulty of the game!
Changes:
- The philosopher's stone can also be used if members of the group have only lost MP.
- A side quest required a tooth to be provided, without further explanation. Now, it is implied in the dialogue that a sea creature's tooth would do the trick.
- Dialogues have been changed regarding Tormika's disappearance. They were far too vague.
Bug fixes:
- Fixed a dialogue that was not translated into English (it was in French).
- It was possible to earn an infinite amount of money by talking to/selling to a bugged merchant on Volcanoya. This seller multiplied the sale price by 10 each time! He was of course fired and replaced by a copy of himself without this problem.
- Part of the astrological island was inaccessible.
