At 8:14 PM Pacific Time on December 13th, we removed the infringing content, which was provided by a third artist, in Build 21179267, and issued an apology to Jagex and affected players via Reddit.

This prevented us from promptly checking and replying the DMCA copyright complaint email sent by Valve on Friday evening, ultimately resulting in Alchemy Factory being removed from Steam this morning.

We are deeply sorry for using the wrong music. As this is our first indie game, this incident has made us aware of the importance of copyright compliance in game development.
