First, thank you for your passion and patience. This update is a major milestone for Alaskan Road Truckers, and we’re excited to share what’s new and improved.

Today’s launch includes

Patch 1.6: A significant quality-of-life update that addresses community feedback and brings key improvements across all platforms:

• Resolved all known instances of snow and tree flickering across the entire map.

• Reduced save file sizes for better performance and stability.

• Optimized memory usage across key areas of the main map and Ice Roads.

• Fixed customization glitches that caused default elements to reappear after loading.

• Added 3 new camo skins for all platforms.

• AddedTruck Skin Pack 2A new cosmetic DLC featuring 7 premium skins with 9 color variants, plus a free skin available for all players with 3 color variants. For those of you who spotted the hidden skins in our earlier posts—great job!

Looking to the future

This is just the beginning of what’s to come for Alaskan Road Truckers. As outlined in our Roadmap 1, we’re committed to delivering a mix of premium and free content while continuing to address your feedback. Early next year, we’ll release our next major content drop, Showrunner —a unique expansion that we believe will excite fans of both trucking and movies. Full details will be revealed in February, but for now, we’re keeping the specifics under wraps.

We’re thrilled to continue this journey with our incredible community. Your feedback drives our improvements, and your support motivates us to keep trucking forward.

Patch 1.6 Notes

PC:

• Resolved all known instances of snow and trees flickering across the entire map.

• Addressed the problem that could lead to a crash related to Eagle One and Conveyor interactions.

• Significantly reduced the size of the save file.

• Optimized parts of the main map and the Ice Roads for less memory usage.

• Added 3 new Camo skins.
