Gameplay Patch 0.9.9c

Patch 0.9.9c is out now. A few bugs were fixed: Fixed the falling impulse of planes. Restart button in custom mode is disabled. Deleting the save file did not delete the skill upgrades. Re-fixed HDR from 0.9.9b patch.
