You can still email support@robotogames.com to request a password reset, but now you can change your password in-game any time you like. We will continue to improve in-game account management over time. We have also adjusted the difficulty of the Hard Prince-In-Hiding challenge level. Now Lorenzo begins this level with negative VP (-6). Thanks for the continued feedback!
