This past year has been incredible thanks to your support. Player numbers, median playtime, and community engagement have all grown steadily — and every review, every piece of feedback, and every recommendation has meant the world to us. Thank you, truly.

As a tiny indie team fueled by passion, we’ve been quietly working on the next major update. Our goal is to make “The Freelands” feel even more complete, more free, and more yours.

Unfortunately, one of our core team members is currently dealing with a serious family emergency that requires their full attention right now. For a team our size, even one person stepping away has a real impact on progress. After careful consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to postpone the upcoming major update until after the Lunar New Year period.

We know many of you have been excitedly waiting for this content, and we’re genuinely sorry for the delay and any disappointment it causes. Independent development is full of unexpected challenges, but the promise we made last Spring Festival still stands 100%: no matter what comes our way, we will finish this game.
