Incorporate Vassal - New Diplomacy Action

Added a new diplomatic action: Incorporate Vassal.

Spend Gold to begin incorporating your vassal. Provinces will be annexed gradually as long as relations remain favorable.

Features:

• Added a new Incorporate Vassal button in the diplomacy menu.

• Vassals can be incorporated over time.

• Requires positive relations with the vassal.

• Requires a Gold payment to start the process.

• Provinces are gradually incorporated during the integration process.

Added new notifications for:

• Incorporation started.

• Province incorporated.

• Incorporation completed.
