Patch Notes - 1.0.1

Balance Changes: - Rebel strength is now divided by Defense Strength Divider instead of multiplied, bringing them in line with Defense Strength. (This should prevent unavoidable rebel overthrow in long games.

Tweaks: - Clarified Text of Victory Hover, Options Menu and the Rebel Hovers in the Factions Menu. - Added Hover to Color Picker button in Territory, Faction and Economic Pool Menus. - Added a Hover in the Sabotage Menu.
