Several vaccines have already been sent to your mail, also they can be purchased in the store (the "Actions" section). "Antipumpkin" is used during combat. Just use one vaccine by any fighter to protect the entire squad until the end of the battle. Harvested Ripe Pumpkins can be exchanged for:
