changedHello heores of Genua! We wanted to give a brief update to everyone who has been following the development of Aegis Force. The game is still on pace for a 2026 release, and we hope to make an anouncement in the coming months on a firm release date. Stay tuned!
changedTechnical UpdatesProgramming and location mapping continue to go smoothly. We are on pace to have the entirrety of the game's locations, including towns, dungeons, places of interest, and the world map completed within about 6 weeks. After that, we will be able to compelete all story cutscenes and art integration by the end of this summer. We have so many cool locations and story beats that we can't wait for you to experience on the continent of Ianua, once the full game releases.
changedTechnical UpdatesWe also have made some major overhauls to improve the UI and battle mode, which battle mode will continue to expand and have many suprises for you as you progress past the demo area.
changedDemoSpeaking of the game demo, we will be continuing to update it leading up to Next Fest in June. Oh, yeah -- we're particpating in the June Next Feast! Updates will include bug fixes, battle mechanic updates, and more language support. If you've played the demo already and enjoyed it, it may be worth it to you to play again sometime during the upcoming months as we update it.
addedArt CornerAnd, finally, we wanted to show you some of the awesome pixel work that our talented artists have been working on! Shown here are some new enemy types that you'll encounter in the game, as well as a new recuitable party member: the Summoner Neve!
