👋 Hey pilots!
Lately we’ve been spending a lot of time polishing our maps and designing Challenges for the full version of Acrodrift. Today we want to share a quick look at how the challenge system is shaping up — along with a few fresh screenshots.
🏁 Challenges with Multiple Difficulty Tiers
Challenges will be split into five difficulty levels:
Very Easy
Easy
Medium
Hard
Very Hard
Most of our challenge content will land in Medium, because we want the biggest group of pilots to have fun while improving their skills.
Very Easy challenges are designed for new pilots who are still getting comfortable with FPV controls — simple routes and larger gates to help you stay on track.
Besides race-style challenges, we’re also designing challenges for the Collecting game mode, where the goal is to find and collect items scattered across the map. (You’ve already had a chance to try this mode during our recent seasonal events.)
And this is just the beginning — we’re already planning more fun and unique game modes to expand the ways you can fly and progress in Acrodrift 🤫
🚀 Upcoming Demo Update
The next demo update is coming in a few days, and it focuses on improving the overall feel and onboarding experience:
More sound effects throughout the game
The first music tracks are being added
Better support for new players with automatic gamepad setup on first launch for popular controllers
other minor fixes and improvements.
