Abyssbound changes
We’ve been hard at work in the depths of the Abyss, and it’s time to share our current plans for Abyssbound’s launch schedule.
🕒 Release Timeline
Q1 2026 - Early Access
Abyssbound will enter Early Access in Q1 2026.
This version will already include the core experience:
Dark fantasy dungeon crawling
Roguelite progression
Co-op for up to four players
Multiple Spirits (inner voices) to choose from
Early Access will focus on polishing combat, balance, performance and co-op stability with your feedback.
Q2 2026 - Full Release
Our goal is to launch the full 1.0 release in Q2 2026.
Between Early Access and full release, we plan to:
Expand dungeon variety and room layouts
Add more Spirits, enemies, and Abyss Cores
Improve UI/UX, accessibility, and localization
Refine narrative elements and dynamic Spirit dialogue
Please note: as always, quality comes first. If we see that certain features need more time, we may adjust the exact dates, but our current target is Q1 for Early Access, Q2 for full release.
How You Can Help
Your feedback will shape Abyssbound. Once Early Access is live, we’ll be listening closely to:
Balance suggestions (weapons, skills, Spirits)
Co-op experience & stability reports
Ideas for new rooms, events, and enemy types
Overall difficulty and pacing
Comment on this post, join discussions, or send feedback once you’ve tried the game—we read everything.
Thank You
Thank you for wishlisting, following, and supporting Abyssbound. We can’t wait to show you more from the Abyss as we move toward Early Access and the full release.
Stay tuned, and see you in the dark.
