Absolute Tactics: Daughters of Mercy Releases September 15th!

Absolute Tactics releases on Steam on September 15th!

Featuring a diverse cast of characters, enormous boss monsters, and a dark world embroiled in war, Absolute Tactics plunges players right into the tactics RPG action as our hero Huxley and his dog Max build their team of allies to defend their home against a mysterious invading army.

Control your units and make use of their unique traits to dominate your enemies with masterful strategies that take advantage of unit placement, varied attack patterns, and skills that are as unique as each character. A vast array of deadly enemies, traps, puzzles and obstacles await to challenge you on your adventure.

Want to get a sense for how your party of adventurers will beat down the Hordes of Mercy? Buddy goes into the nitty gritty details of many of the game’s classes in these short Youtube video features! Character Introduction Devlogs

From eager Huxley to vengeful Valetine, we’ll be featuring all six of Absolute Tactics’ main cast in a series of devlogs showcasing some of their base mechanics as well as some of their backstory. Don’t worry! No spoilers will be revealed but we figure it’s nice to know who you’ll be spending all your time with in game!

Absolute Tactics Movie Night

As a bit of a break in our regularly scheduled movie night schedule, we’ll be featuring Absolute Tactics with the movie night releasing on September 9th! Come vote in a poll of four films that inspired the game, chosen by Jason Shields, the game’s developer. Voting for the Absolute Tactics movie night will begin on August 29th!

Discord Hero Puzzles

Before you can beat back the forces of Father Eldritch, solve the Hero puzzles in the Akupara Games Discord server! The week before the game launches, we’ll be holding a contest on Discord for players to get Absolute Tactics keys on launch. A series of emotes will be added to the server and the first player to decipher the puzzle wins the key with all entrants having a chance to win as well! Puzzles begin on September 5th!
