A2C Demo Version 6868 Patch Notes

Runner shmup stuff: Stages overall are more polished and more intuitive. An actual tutorial also actually exists in the game now. Player bullets are now more accurate and shoot closer to the pointer.

Runner shmup stuff:

  • Stages overall are more polished and more intuitive.

RGB DUST HELL YEAH

  • Added more visual effects when the player dies.

  • Backgrounds in general are more dark overall.

  • Bullet time now use desaturation instead of inverting the color which is more friendly to the eye.

Visual novel stuff:

  • Part 1 of the story rework where a lot more diagloues are added in from the main game.

  • Added mouse wheel scroll up key to bring up the story log in VN segments.

  • Added mouse wheel scroll down key to continue dialogue in VN segments.

  • Nerfed the jump speed of Cci in the visual novel segments

  • Changed Cci's text color from orange to light purple.

  • Fixed some bugs related to the auto mode.

Bug fixes:

  • Fixed slow motion visual effect persisting after player death.

  • Fixed the player death effects not working.

  • Fixed the game teleporting player to vn_room_tutorial when it should not.

  • Fixed a major bug where the VN segment after 1-6 sends you back to 1-2.

  • Fixed a bug where gray enemies don't do contact damage on the later stages.

General:

  • Reworked the main menu room too be more natural.

  • Stage transitions are now less flashy and the color shifts slower.

  • Fixed some signboards on main menu room. not appearing.

  • Reduced panorama effect in main menu room.

  • Reduced default bloom strength by 0.1.(1.8 -> 1.7)

  • The show music thingy now auto vanish after 10 seconds.

  • 2 new music track added in which brings it to a total of 68 tracks.

  • Updated steam store page description.

  • Added a bunch of Anti-RGB options which makes the game more accessible(RGB speed,RGB text speed,disable all RGB,etc).

  • Optimization behind the scene which should make the game less laggy in general.

  • Added mouse lock to the game which makes the cursor stays inside the game.

  • Added aiming cursor to help locate where you are aiming.

To do for the final demo version:

  • Finish writing and porting the dialogue script.

  • Add one more stage(1-15).

  • More play testing for the stages.

  • Update the art assets on steam page.

  • Make the ping disabler actually work.
