Added achievements and some minor corrections

In a couple of hours, the next update will be ready. 26 achievements have now been added to the game.

added26 achievements have now been added to the game. Achievements will not be added retrospectively, so only goals completed after this update will unlock the corresponding achievement.
removedA test function had been left active by mistake in the previous build, which caused the shield skill to increase to level 4 if a specific key was pressed. This has now been disabled.
fixedIn the wave battle in the Dwarf King's Hall, if you killed all enemies in a single round before all waves were completed, the sequence would soft lock, making it impossible to progress without loading and redoing the battle. This has now been corrected.
