Repeated intro

Hello again, I've recently been informed that the current build of A-Escape VR was no longer working for Vive users, while Oculus users were unaffected. This was due to an old version of VRTK and an incompatibility with what I can only assume was an update to SteamVR. This patch for the main game and demo addresses those issues, among other things.
