Thanks to feedback from players we were able to stomp some end game bugs!

• Fixed game outro hang and missing related achievement.

• Fixed incorrect awarding of Reigning Monarch achievement, this achievement will be revoked for everyone, but will be re-awarded when the game starts again if achieved legitimately.

Thanks for the feedback! PS. Some of you may have noticed that there were two updates, the first was the wrong version, the correct one should be up and available now.
