v0.7.10 Crash fix

I hopefully found the bug that showed about 10% crash rate on Google Play Console. It was a bug with the new team view tab change buttons. When the last or first tab was open and then the arrows where clicked, the game crashed. A simple out of bounds error, but I added some asserts now, so that this won't happen again.
