9 Days – Patch 1.42

This update focuses on improving build crafting, reducing unnecessary RNG, expanding endgame rewards, and introducing an entirely new daily endgame event.

Focused Forge

A new Focused Forge has been added to The Proving in the Null Horizon.

The Focused Forge allows you to use a Token to forge any piece of armour already in your inventory.

This gives players much greater control over their builds by allowing them to upgrade the equipment they actually want to use, rather than relying entirely on RNG.

Once you've acquired the perfect armour for your build, you can continue improving it through the Focused Forge.

Prime Armour Progression

Prime Armour can no longer be found inside standard chests.

Finding Prime Armour very early in the game could dramatically unbalance progression.

Prime Armour is now intended to be earned through:

  • Purchasing it from the Forge.

  • Progressing through the Null Horizon.

  • Other intended endgame activities.

Crystal Reward Improvements

Several activities now reward significantly more Crystals.

Crystal rewards have been added or increased for:

  • Fifth Dimension Contracts.

  • Balu Games.

  • Miraye's School Mini Game.

These changes provide additional ways to earn Crystals throughout your playthrough.

Reset Reward Boxes

Every time you complete a Dimensional Reset or an Energy Reset, you will now receive a reward box.

Each reward box contains:

  • 200,000 Transformation Points

You may choose which transformation to invest these points into.

The reward box becomes available after completing the Storyline All Dimensional.

Mirror World Invasion

The Mirror World has begun to invade.

After completing the secret Mirror World questline, a new daily world event becomes available.

At the beginning of each in-game day, you'll receive a prompt directing you to the invasion.

Mirror World Warriors are among the strongest enemies in the game and are designed to be one of the toughest endgame challenges.

Defeating them rewards Mirror Masks, allowing you to wear the appearance of familiar characters as cosmetic equipment.

Transformation Customisation

Transformation appearances have been adjusted to provide greater cosmetic freedom.

Hoods, helmets and other compatible headgear will now remain visible while transformed, allowing for far more armour customisation.

Thank You

Thank you once again for the continued support of 9 Days.
