Steam later confirmed that this was caused by a Steamworks pricing warning issue. Thanks to the reports from affected players, Steam identified the problem and has now fixed it for the entire store. Unfortunately, this issue affected the entire sale period for the affected regions, meaning some players were unable to purchase the game at the discounted price at all. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. As compensation, we have increased the discount on the 8AM bundle to 50% off until May 25 , so players who were affected have another opportunity to purchase the games at a strong discount.
