[Bug Fix] fixed game over button at the end of arcade not reacting to joypad

The game over button at the end of arcade mode couldn't be selected using a joypad or a keyboard. This issue has now been fixed. Also, the turn counter in Chapter 2 has been centered. It was a couple pixels off center.

Also, the turn counter in Chapter 2 has been centered. It was a couple pixels off center. Now, my perfectionist eye is satisfied.
