V9Evidence board fixes — three from player feedback

Three evidence board fixes this update, all from a player review — saw it, fixed them right away:

🌐 The language toggle button text is clearer now — no more guessing if it's showing the current language or the next one.

🃏 Cards on the board can now be dragged back to the side tray to remove them. Cards that are part of a verified deduction are protected, so you won't break a chain by accident.

🎯 Click a placed card in the side tray and the board jumps to where it is — much easier to find a specific card when you've got a hundred up there.
