Thank you for playing Jigokuraku: BATTLE IN HELL'S PARADISE.

For everyone starting ParaBat on Steam, here's a guide

to the basics of Jigokuraku: BATTLE IN HELL'S PARADISE,

along with some tips to help you progress smoothly through the early game.

Your main objective is to progress through Shinsenkyo, where you'll battle enemies

while reliving the story of the Hell's Paradise anime.

◇Shinsenkyo

■Progress Through Shinsenkyo to Unlock Various Content!

As you progress through Shinsenkyo, you'll relive the story of the Hell's Paradise anime.

Progressing through Shinsenkyo also unlocks various content, and the further you advance,

the more rewards you'll receive through Exploring.

First, aim to clear Chapter 1: Episode 8 - Stage 20, where all game content becomes available!

■Can't Defeat the Enemies in Shinsenkyo?

If you find yourself unable to defeat the enemies, try the following!

  • Strengthen Your Allies and Memories

You can strengthen Allies using EXP Potions and Gold.

You can strengthen Memories using Memory Enhancement Incense and Gold.

Leveling them up increases their stats!

In the beginning, we recommend focusing on leveling only the Allies and Memories in your Main Party.

This lets you conserve enhancement materials and strengthen your team more efficiently.

  • Ally Level Reset

You can reset an Ally's level at any time.

When changing your party, use this feature to transfer levels to a new Ally

and try out a new team without waiting.

  • Recruit New Allies

Use Ally Encounter Tickets or Orbs to recruit new Allies through Encounters.

You may recruit an Ally with a powerful Active Skill that can turn the tide of battle!

  • Review Your Party

Building a party with Allies of different Attributes (Hindering / Restorative)

and Types can give you a significant advantage.

Review your Allies, Memories and Equipment to find the party that works best for you!

  • Try Again

Both Allies and enemies take turns based on their Speed.

Even with the same party, the outcome can change dramatically depending

on the timing of your Active Skills and which enemies you target.

Try activating your Active Skills at different times!

  • Progress Through Other Content

Some content unlocked by progressing through Shinsenkyo, such as Bond Rank,

Training Grounds and the Archive, contributes to your Bond,

which increases the stats of all your Allies.

Some Frames and Titles can also increase the stats of all your Allies when equipped!

These can be obtained by recruiting a certain number of Allies or Memories,

as event clear rewards and through other methods.

Clearing various content also rewards you with enhancement materials and Orbs,

so be sure to take on all different kinds of challenges.

Survive the trials of Shinsenkyo alongside your new allies!
