[Notice of Patch Planned] 1.8.3 version patch notification.

After giving and receiving a lot of feedback, I decided to update to version 1.8.3.

The roadmap for the planned patch content is as follows.

1. Various Public Institution Facilities Graphics -> Conversion to Crayon Graphics

• The parts that were difficult to express will be replaced by crayon graphics. Only police stations, administrative welfare centers, and hospital scenes will be added as crayons.

1. Early Cherry Blossom Introduction Sketchbook Spring Resolution Clear

-We will check that the resolution has been lowered during the work, and we plan to make a clear patch.

1. Apply noise and auditory part fade and increase the speed of turning over text in sketchbooks

-I thought I should fix this part, too.

1. Some auditory parts, voice modification.

-There are some awkward auditory parts, so I'm going to revise them.
