[Regarding Game Launch Being Blocked in Some Windows 11 Environments]

We have confirmed an issue where, on some Windows 11 systems with Smart App Control enabled, the game may be blocked from launching. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

Workaround: Turn off Smart App Control

*Note:

Depending on your Windows 11 version and update status, once Smart App Control is turned off, you may need to reset or reinstall Windows in order to turn it back on.

Microsoft is gradually rolling out an update that allows Smart App Control to be turned on or off without a clean install, but please note that this may not be available in all environments.

  1. Go to Settings → Privacy & security → Windows Security

  2. Open App & browser control

  3. Select Smart App Control → Off
