I have been involved in programming for quite a long time.

However, I had never created a full-fledged game entirely on my own. Game development requires many different skills, and I always felt that making everything by myself would be difficult.

Still, this time, I decided to try.

I wanted to see how far I could go using my own hands and my own abilities.

Of course, reality was not that simple.

I quickly realized that trying to create everything—music, sound effects, illustrations—on my own would make it impossible to finish the game. So early on, I made the decision to let go of that idea.

I chose to focus on what I could do, and to rely on tools and external help where necessary.

My priority was clear: the worst possible outcome would be failing to release the game at all.

By narrowing my scope and making compromises, I was finally able to move forward.

As I continued working, something unexpected happened. Little by little, I started to genuinely enjoy making the game.

And after six months of trial and error, I managed to release the demo version.

(To be continued?)
