After last night's update, some old save files were inexplicably deleted. Please back up your old save files. I'm still investigating the cause of the problem. I'm truly sorry.
Emergency Fix:
Copy the old save file to
steam > steamapps > common > LateMing > LateMing > Saved > SaveGames,
and you can then read the original save file normally.
Original save file location:
C:\\Users\\Username\\AppData\\Local\\LateMing\\Saved\\SaveGames
