Long before Traveler arrived, the Nüwa was built for a single purpose: to carry humanity away from a dying Earth.

But something went wrong.

When Traveler reaches the Nüwa, the ship sits abandoned in a barren wasteland. Its corridors are silent. Its systems have fallen dormant. And the people who once briefly called it home are nowhere to be found.

As you explore the ship, you’ll gradually uncover traces of the lives left behind. Personal belongings, forgotten workspaces, abandoned facilities, logs, and fragments of old records all offer clues about what happened aboard the Nüwa.

From crew quarters and mess halls to engine bays and more, each compartment tells part of the story. Some answers are easy to find. Others require careful observation and a willingness to look beyond what is immediately visible.

While restoring the ship remains Traveler’s primary objective, understanding what happened to the Nüwa and its inhabitants becomes an important part of the journey.
