Balance Changes

The Barbarian skill Devastating Strike has been reworked in the late game.
The Barbarian skill God Arm Archer now has reduced TP cost and a limited number of uses, instead of its previous behavior.
The "plot: Mind Control" status effect now reduces incoming Psionic-type damage to 250%.

Content Update[

Partial ACT 3 is now available. It currently only contains two quests.
