More loyal generation of the world! New algorithm for saving gameplay!

The game will now have a more loyal generation of the game world. Now it will be easier to start a new game! On the first location will not spawn animals, and rare mobs (fat man, spitting poison, etc.).

And now the first location will never be a "swamp".
