The tale of Situ Laiye has drawn to a close, yet the JiangHu remains in turmoil.

As storm rise once more, can you find a way to break the deadlock in the power struggle of Windstop Valley?

The 'Rising Storm' DLC introduces a new gameplay mode for Windstop Strategy. In this mode, you will experience:

  • 12 Selectable Factions.

  • New Difficulty System: ​ Supports custom parameters, allowing you to freely adjust various numerical settings.

  • Landmark Construction: ​ Build landmarks across territories to unlock special functions and buffs.

  • Random Events: ​ Various random events will trigger periodically as you progress.

  • Enhanced AI Behavior: ​ Experience significantly more complex AI logic compared to the base game.

  • New Martial Arts​ Discover brand-new skills and techniques.

*This DLC can be accessed from the Scenario Selection ​ screen under New Game ​ in the main menu after downloading.
