Update v1.1

We've just updated the game with the following fixes:

• Fixed an issue with the game manual showing.

• Fixed an issue with the text on the "General Brock" card.

• Fixed an issue with the "General Brock" card so that it now works correctly (Canadian Militia ignore flee).

• Fixed the "Publication Ban" card so that it now lets you place additional fled units in Rome after the card has been played.

• Fixed an issue with cities/forts name toggle.

• Fixed an issue which could cause the incorrect units to be placed during the Enlistments phase.

• Fixed the Enlistments for American Regulars so 3 are now placed in Albany instead of 2.

• Fixed the "Ambush" card so that it now correctly lets the British have the first turn in battle after assigning the 2 hits to the American side.
