Game up-date - fixes bugs and improves stability

fixedAfter some great feed-back from our community, we have released an up-date to fix some start-up and in-game bugs. Thank you and continue the slaughter! - Game start up now checks both adaptor and monitors for valid resolutions to set the game to (including validating settings from a previous save) - Added Steam Error mini dump reporting hooks into the separate threads to catch any proper crashes - Added some software exceptions: DX11 CreateDevice functions Array bounds checking Memory block allocation DX11 Create vertex/Index Buffer functions DX11 Swapchain Acquire Resources functions DX11 Swapchain creation functions - NDEBUG defined now so any crashes are reported - Fixed Issue with keyboard key repeating when not pressed down when input had been buffered.
