Thank you so much for checking out the demo and leaving such in-depth, useful feedback! We’re glad so many people are enjoying the demo and helping us improve the game with your suggestions.

In this patch, we’ve fixed many of the biggest issues to make the game feel more intuitive, accessible, and easier to navigate.

The most notable changes include:

  • Menu controls and inputs are now much more intuitive (e.g. B is now used as the back button almost everywhere, following industry standards)

  • Added item descriptions in shops

  • Added warp descriptions in fast travel

  • Added a quick-eat button outside of the Bioslate

  • Added new accessibility options for visual clarity (e.g. Spotlight Mode, Enemy Highlight Mode, and Smooth Pixel Art Mode)

  • Improved tab persistence (opened tabs will now stay open when reopening menus, such as the map)

  • Fixed PS4/PS5 controller issues

  • Various bug fixes (e.g. out-of-bounds issues)

Please keep the feedback coming! Even if your feedback is repetitive, we still want to hear it. It’s the best way for us to improve the game and make sure the final version is the best it can be!
