Voting Rework Is Live — Sentence Merges, Faster Rounds, New Tutorials

Update 02.01.00 – Patch Notes

This update focuses on making Write Warz faster, clearer, and more fun to play round-to-round.

Major Voting Rework

• Tied sentences are now merged instead of triggering another voting round

• Tied players share the winning points

• Voting now shows who wrote each sentence and who voted for who

• Points appear in a new scoreboard after voting

• Winner and Good Judgment announcements removed to speed up pacing

Bottom Bar Rework

• No more points shown during active rounds

• Player portraits now fill the bottom bar

• Randomized player colors added

Readability Improvements

• Larger writing areas

• Bigger, clearer text

• Reworked timer art moved to top-right

Twitch Improvements

• Clearer Twitch vote visibility with the new voting layout

New Tutorials

• Fully animated and voice-acted tutorials for the game and each theme

• Can be disabled or skipped

Font Rework

• Fonts replaced for better readability

• More varied starting fonts

• New characters: Lysandra and Kiyoshi
