Captains!

Update 15.2 brings some exciting new features into play—here's a brief rundown:

  • Aircraft carrier changes: Three key changes will affect gameplay surrounding aircraft carriers. The Patrol Fighters consumable can now be remotely deployed using the Tactical Map when controlling a squadron; aircraft carriers now have the option to take full manual control of the Damage Control Party and shipborne Fighters consumables; and the new Evasive Maneuvers consumable replaces the Repair consumable previously available on some aircraft squadrons, keeping similar functionality of increasing survivability while making its use more logical and visually distinct.

  • The return of "In the Name of Tomorrow" Operations: Arctic Convoy, Tokyo Express, and Pacific Offensive—first seen in last year's "In the Name of Tomorrow" event—will now be permanently available in the standard Operations rotation.

  • New UI customization options: Two new UI indicators have made it into the Settings menu—the increased detectability timer displays how long your ship will have an increased detectability range after firing its main guns, and the time-to-victory counter displays the estimated time until each team would achieve victory based on the current scoring rate from Key Area control. Moreover, a new section of the Settings menu will combine HUD and camera parameters and offer deeper options for customizing various interface elements.
