Find the "Popular user-defined tags for this product" section on the right-hand side of World of Warships' Steam STORE page, either in your web browser or in the Steam app.

Find the tags " Action " and " Free-to-play " in the pop-up window's list of popular tags, then click the "+" symbol beside both of them. If you don't see these tags on the list, type them into field on the right side of the window, then click the "Add" button.
